Using a flexible tape, measure the circumference and round up to the nearest 1/8". If you have a device that slopes from front to back, supply a circumference for both the thin and thick sections and explain in your notes. If you don't have a flexible tape, use a piece of string to mark the distance and translate it to inches using a ruler or tape measure.
