Goods purchased from byrd & belle inc. are not allowed to be resold or offered as part of blog giveaways, raffles, etc. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in my sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. I reserve the right to cease doing business with those customers who violate this policy.   • Customers agree to keep all correspondence between byrd & belle inc. private including costs, process, tools, material sources, etc. Customers who receive packages from byrd & belle inc. agree to not publicly disclosing studio address as it is on private property and not open to the public.
  • Customers' usernames are published on byrd & belle inc. calendar unless it is requested otherwise. byrd & belle is not responsible for the privacy of usernames that are not requested to be removed.
  • When making a purchase, you will be required to supply accurate and complete shipping information and a current email address. byrd & belle is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses or the inability to communicate due to an incomplete or inaccurate email address.

 

By operating this site, byrd & belle inc. agrees to the following:
  • Your payment is securely processed through Paypal. byrd & belle inc. does not have access to credit card numbers or payment account information.
  • byrd & belle agrees to not to disclose the identity of individual customers or users with exception of those customers that publicly communicate with byrd & belle (for example, if you tweet thanks for your order, byrd & belle is likely to respond).
  • byrd & belle agrees to keep your shipping & billing address private with the exception of those users that request a refund for a lost package. Those specific addresses will be provided directly to byrd & belle's insurance company in the event that an insurance claim is filed.
  • The email addresses of customers and mailing list subscribers shall remain private and for internal communication only.
