Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused, and resalable items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement. In the event that a case or sleeve does not work because you have a laptop or gadget other than that specified in the product description, you can exchange it for the correct size but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and the original item must be returned to my studio in new condition before a replacement can be started. The replacement may be delayed depending on the length of my wait list in the shop at the time of the return.
In general, I do not accept returns on items that have been customized unless there is notable construction defect. Contact Me and we can talk more.
notes on returning items:
- When shipping items back, please package contents safely. Items that arrived to you in padded envelopes should be returned in padded envelopes or boxed specifically to protect hardware.
- I do recommend putting Delivery Confirmation or tracking on all packages sent through the mail but please do not send items via registered mail or methods requiring a signature.
- I reserved the right to charge a restocking fee on items or to refuse the return if the article arrives dirty or showing signs of wear.
